• Executive Pulse & Operations Pulse – These Excel-based dashboard products extracts real-time sales, bookings, financial and operations data from Macola for making better decisions. 

• Item Master File Import/Export – This Excel-based utility allows you to make mass additions, changes or copies of selected data in the item master and item/location files in minutes.

• Customer Price File Import/Export – This Excel-based utility allows you to add, change or delete any of the eight Macola price code records.  It simplifies purging expired price code records.

• Production Tracking Dashboard Software (Progression) – This is designed for POP users who track production orders by operation but do not want to track labor hours. 

• General Ledger Budget Import/Export (ES) – Avoid frustrations using the ES Excel add-in to import budget records for accounts with multiple cost centers and cost units.   

• Bank Lock Box Cash Receipts Import (ES) – Import customer lockbox receipts directly into the Macola ES software.  View all transactions, make changes and post them to the ES software.

• Forecast Pro Import/Export Utility – This replaces Macola’s Forecast Pro interface.  Export Macola historical sales data your way.  Export forecasted data back to Master Scheduling.

• Web Orders Import Utility –This utility allows you to import customer orders from any external B2B or B2C web site.  Write UPS tracking numbers back to the web site for customer tracking.

• Vendor Performance Reporting –This utility exports key vendor performance metrics directly to Excel in the form of summary tables and graphs.  A turn-key application (fact sheet coming soon)

• Finance Charge Generation (ES) – This offers all of the functionality of the Progression finance charge software.

• In Transit/Quick PO Receipt – In Transit/Quick PO Receipt helps your company track in transit inventory for items with extended lead times. It works by pulling over PO data from Macola ES. From here, the PO quantities can be edited to what actually ships and the PO is then marked as shipped.

Flexibility is not needed and all operate with Progression or ES unless noted.
